By using the RefyHub platform ("RefyHub", "we", "us", "our"), you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Important: These terms apply to all users — registered businesses, service providers, and customers — whether using the website or mobile app.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Major changes will be notified via email or in-app notifications.
Platform Overview
RefyHub is an online marketplace/directory platform where:
- Business owners and service providers post ads for their services/products
- The admin team manually reviews and approves or rejects each listing
- Approved listings become publicly visible to customers
- Customers can browse listings and directly contact advertisers
- The Admin Panel (admin.refyhub.in) manages all platform activities
RefyHub is only a listing platform. We are not directly responsible for any transactions between buyers and sellers.
User Registration
To register on the platform, you must follow these requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Provide a valid phone number and/or email address
- Provide accurate personal and business information
- Multiple accounts for the same person/business are not allowed
- Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared
Ad Posting Rules
While posting ads, you must follow these guidelines:
- Ad title and description must be clear, honest, and accurate
- Contact information must be real and reachable
- Images must be original and relevant (no copied images)
- Pricing (if provided) must be accurate
- Location/service area must be correct
- Each listing must belong to only one category
- Duplicate listings are not allowed
⚠️ Misleading or false listings will be removed immediately and may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
Admin Approval Process
RefyHub is an admin-moderated platform. Every ad goes through a review process:
- After submission, ads remain in "Pending" status
- Admin reviews within 24–48 working hours
- Approved ads go live with notification
- Rejected ads include reasons and can be resubmitted
- Admin decisions are final
Customer Guidelines
- Customers can browse listings without registration
- Contact advertisers directly using provided details
- RefyHub does not guarantee service quality
- Transactions are the responsibility of users
- Report suspicious listings to admin
Prohibited Content
- Illegal products/services
- Adult or explicit content
- Fake reviews or spam
- Hateful or harmful content
- Copyright violations
- Fraud/scam listings
Limitation of Liability
RefyHub is not responsible for:
- Transactions between users
- Service quality of listings
- Technical issues or downtime
- Third-party links or services
Privacy Policy
- We collect basic data for account management
- Listings are publicly visible
- We do not sell user data
- You can request data deletion anytime
Data Usage & Cookies
We use cookies for:
- Login sessions
- Analytics
- User preferences
Account Termination
- Accounts may be suspended for violations
- Fraud accounts may be deleted without notice
- Users can delete their account anytime
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law.
